Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Certinia PSA Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and configure Certinia PSA on Salesforce, including workflows, reports, and dashboards
• Manage PSA functionality for project creation, resource allocation, and billing events
• Provide training and support to a global user base, ensuring compliance with regional requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience administering Certinia PSA
• 3+ years of experience with Certinia Billing Central and/or Certinia Revenue Management
• Experience supporting a global user base, particularly operations in India
• Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
