KYC Analyst - Japanese Speaker

Job Summary

A company is looking for a KYC/KYB Analyst - Japanese Speaker.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and review client enquiries regarding onboarding for individuals and corporations
• Manage workload and escalate key risks/issues to management in a timely manner
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather necessary evidence for KYC/KYB due diligence

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Customer Support/KYC/KYB operations/Onboarding/Compliance
• Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations related to compliance and virtual currency
• Proficiency in compliance applications such as World-Check and Liquid
• Fluency in English and Japanese; additional languages are a plus
• Self-motivated with strong multitasking and time management skills
