Were now looking for detail-oriented individuals to join our remote customer support team as Chat Support Agents. No experience is required we provide complete training to help you succeed from day one.

Position Overview

As a Remote Chat Support Agent, you’ll be responsible for handling live chat inquiries from customers. This is a non-phone support role, ideal for those who prefer written communication. You’ll answer questions, offer support, and ensure a positive customer experience all from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email
• Provide accurate, friendly, and professional support
• Follow scripts and company guidelines to ensure consistency
• Document interactions and maintain up-to-date customer records
• Work closely with the internal support team to escalate issues as needed
• Maintain a quiet, distraction-free workspace during your shift

Requirements
• Must be a U.S. resident
• Must be 25 years or older
• No previous experience needed full training provided
• Strong written communication skills
• Basic computer skills (typing, email, online chat platforms)
• Reliable internet connection and home workstation
• Must pass a background check (required prior to hiring)
• Ability to stay focused and meet deadlines while working independently

Schedule & Pay
• Full-time: 8 hours/day
• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Flexible shifts available
• Pay: $19.00 $25.00 per hour (based on performance and experience)
