Job Summary

A company is looking for a Certified Medical Assistant Patient Services Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by scheduling and registering patient appointments, handling communications through various channels, and updating patient information
• Assist with first contact resolution by addressing patient inquiries and directing them to appropriate resources
• Maintain professionalism and efficiency in managing a high volume of calls while adhering to departmental guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant Program
• Certified Medical Assistant (CCMA, CMA, or equivalent certification)
• Basic Life Support certification
• Experience with computer systems, including web-based applications
