Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers' Compensation Litigation Attorney (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate and settle claims while attending conferences, prehearings, and mediation settings
• Prepare legal documents and provide legal advice to claims and policyholders
• Assist with the preparation and presentation of evidence in depositions, trials, and hearings

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor Degree, licensed in Kansas and/or Missouri
• Minimum of one year of trial, administrative hearings, appellate, or workers' compensation experience preferred
• A valid driver's license is required
