Junior Production Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Jr. Production Assistant to assist origination staff with loan setup and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and reviewing loan documents and entering application information into the Encompass loan system
• Communicate with customers, loan officers, and third parties to collect additional loan documentation
• Verify and organize loan files, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete before submission

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience in a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in operations such as Processing, Underwriting, or Loan Setup
• Familiarity with FHA, VA, and Conventional loan programs
• Experience with Encompass 360 loan system
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations including RESPA, TILA, and HMDA
