Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Payment Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage strategic, commercial, and operational aspects of bank and card network partnerships
• Manage and expand U.S. and Canadian sponsor bank partnerships and relationships with major card brands
• Represent the company at industry events and collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on business needs

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or related fields
• 8+ years of experience in payments or card networks
• Deep understanding of card network operations and industry trends
• Proven experience in executing partnership strategies and negotiating commercial deals
• Strong ability to influence internal and external stakeholders, including C-level executives
