Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Product Trainer - Legal.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard and train customers on software, creating customized training programs
• Regularly communicate with customers to ensure their needs are met and maximize software value
• Manage customer accounts and provide support for product usage and technical issues

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in legal technology or SaaS
• Experience in training and interacting with customers
• Interest in learning about new technology and AI-based software
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
