Cyber Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor of Cyber Operations for the 2nd shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of a Level 1 & Level 2 operational shift for the Security Incident Response Team
• Review cyber security investigations and incidents to identify those needing additional attention
• Mentor and develop a team of junior incident responders, addressing HR and career development needs

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Cyber Security experience
• At least 3 years of team management experience, preferably in a Security Operations role
• Solid technical understanding of the Incident Response process
• Familiarity with major threat actor groups and TTPs
• Knowledge of common enterprise-grade endpoint and network defense tools
