A company is looking for a Genesys/NICE Voice Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance for system implementations, troubleshooting, and operational support
• Develop and maintain systems documentation and procedures, providing training as needed
• Coordinate vendor interactions and manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 10+ years of experience with Genesys and NICE systems
• ITIL Foundations certification required
• Intermediate skills in Cisco routing and switching
• Strong understanding of network and voice infrastructures
