IT Quality Assurance Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Quality Assurance Analyst Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver quality business enhancements and products through effective testing practices
• Coach team members on testing approaches and organize testing activities throughout the software development life cycle
• Participate in scrum ceremonies and collaborate with other IT teams to ensure high-quality code delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business or Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in analyzing, testing, and implementing business system changes or user acceptance testing
• In lieu of a degree, a high school diploma or GED with 6-8 years of relevant experience is acceptable
