Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Compliance Auditor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits of the revenue cycle
• Prepare clear and objective audit reports with findings and recommended corrective actions
• Identify business risks and recommend efficiency improvements while collaborating with compliance leadership

Required Qualifications:

• Professional designation such as Certified Healthcare Internal Auditor Professional (CHIAP), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Expert knowledge of hospital Revenue Cycle processes through management or audit experience
• Expertise in process auditing, including data acquisition, analytics, and professional report writing
• Exceptional data analysis capabilities to interpret complex information and identify trends or risks
• Experience researching and auditing to Federal and State regulations and industry standards
