IT Operations Team Member

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Member Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, maintain, and upgrade storage infrastructure devices including NetApp, Nimble, Nutanix, Rubrik, and Panzura
• Respond to Level 1 through Level 3 support tickets and collaborate with IT groups for timely support
• Manage IT projects from planning to completion, and work with new hardware and software technologies

Required Qualifications

• Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems and virtualization platforms (VMWare, Hyper-V, Nutanix)
• Experience with large Microsoft Windows file sharing and NAS implementations
• Ability to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on new technologies as needed
• Familiarity with Change Control Management policies and implementation standards
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks
