IT Infrastructure Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Infrastructure Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the strategic direction and architecture of Collaboration Services, including Microsoft M365 and video conferencing technologies
• Lead and support Collaboration projects and provide technical support for all Collaboration Services
• Proactively manage and maintain Collaboration solutions, including security, optimization, and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum of 5 years IT experience with collaboration solutions
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Solutions administration and support
• Ability to write PowerShell scripts for automation of administrative tasks
• Experience with Audio/Video technology systems
