IT Delivery Head

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Delivery Head to oversee and manage multiple IT service engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of implementations and integrations with clients and their teams
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and delivery teams to create and fulfill comprehensive project plans
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to the steering committee and client stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in project management within the software development/IT industry
• Proven experience managing IT delivery projects with international clients and cross-cultural teams
• Strong understanding of project management practices and agile methodologies like Scrum
• Hands-on experience with modern Agile project management tools
• Fluent English (C1 level) for professional communication
