A company is looking for an Intake Patient Care Representative (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Admit new patients and verify insurance information while completing admission paperwork
• Answer incoming calls, assist with patient inquiries, and meet established metrics and goals
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations while maintaining patient confidentiality

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years related experience
• Preferred experience in a medical office or customer service
• Education or experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of insurance and respiratory care is a plus
