Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for customer inquiries regarding order status, product information, and claims/returns
• Communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, and management to resolve issues and provide support

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
• College experience and/or a 2-year degree is preferred
• Prior customer service experience is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Exceptional math skills, particularly with fractions
