Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain and verify insurance eligibility and document information in the system
  • Perform prior authorizations and collect necessary clinical information
  • Handle inbound calls and resolve claim rejections related to eligibility and coverage
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma with 1+ years of medical billing or insurance verification experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field can substitute for experience
  • Preferred experience with payors and prior authorization
  • Highly preferred experience with Medicare Part D
