Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property & Casualty Licensed Insurance Representative to work from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to all inbound and outbound customer inquiries
• Provide excellent customer service through active listening and proactive issue resolution
• Compassionately assist customers with sensitive situations, including healthcare needs and pricing plans

Required Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service experience preferred
• Must be over 18 years of age
• High School Graduate or GED
• Possess an active home state Property and Casualty License
• Comfortable with desktop computer systems and navigating Windows operating systems
