Key Responsibilities

• Become an expert in customer expectations and preferences through data analysis and market trends
• Translate customer insights into product features and pricing strategies
• Drive insurance product strategy and execution to achieve profitable growth

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in insurance product management or a related field
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong programming skills in SQL (highly preferred) and Python/R (preferred)
• Self-motivated with a preference for hands-on work and a desire to learn and grow
