Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive donor and organization growth through mobile app initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the growth of donor and organization awareness, onboarding, and habit formation across mobile and web platforms
• Drive mobile strategies to convert initial awareness into donations and accelerate organization activation
• Optimize conversion and retention through A/B testing and data analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or Economics)
• 5 - 10 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on mobile apps
• Strong fluency in UX principles and experience collaborating with designers
• Advanced business degree (MBA) or relevant certifications preferred
• Strong analytical background with experience in experimentation and behavioral analytics tools
