As an Insurance Broker Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training, mentorship, and the opportunity to run your own office. In this role, you will participate in an extensive training program that covers the fundamentals of insurance, sales techniques, client relationship management, and industry regulations. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals, assessing their needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions. Additionally, you will develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients and grow your client portfolio. You will assist clients in the application process, underwriting, and policy issuance, ensuring a seamless experience. Collaboration is key, and you will work closely with experienced brokers and management to learn from their expertise, share best practices, and contribute to the team’s success. As you progress, you will prepare to take on the responsibility of running your own insurance office, including recruiting and managing a team of agents. This position offers a unique opportunity to not only learn the ins and outs of the insurance industry but also to pave your way towards a leadership role.
Responsibilities

Requirements
• Must be 18 years or older.

• Able to pass a background check.

• Able to financially obtain your 2-14 or 2-15 Life Insurance license.

• Ambitious and goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to build a long-term career in the insurance industry.

• Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
