Key Responsibilities

• Verify and complete insurance eligibility and secure prior authorizations
• Manage authorization-related denials and follow up on appeals
• Maintain departmental work queues and meet productivity and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/Equivalent or 4 years of revenue cycle experience
• Minimum of 2 years of insurance authorization experience
• Knowledge of revenue cycle processes
• Technical proficiency with relevant technology
• Familiarity with medical terminology and coding
