Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound communication from providers regarding incomplete charts
• Organize and maintain health information records, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Manage requests for documentation and information, including scanning and editing documents

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of experience in health information management (HIM) or medical records
• 1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
