Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training courses and materials across various learning modalities
• Collaborate with clients and senior designers to define training design, objectives, and content
• Conduct meetings with subject matter experts for content validation and feedback incorporation

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of instructional design experience
• 3+ years of experience developing training for the utility industry
• Strong knowledge of the ADDIE model and adult learning theory
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Articulate
• Experience in technical writing
