Instructional System Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional System Designer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Aid in the development of a 24-hour Web Based Training including interactivities
• Assist in creating Student Guides, Lab Materials, Lab exercises, and assessments
• Write Analysis Reports and Course Design Guides after analyzing Government Furnished Information

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to have and maintain a public trust clearance
• BS degree with 8-12 years of relevant experience or a Master's with 6-10 years; Doctorate in a technical domain may also be considered
• Expert knowledge of advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts
• Strong knowledge of Storyline
• Experience in creating Course Design Guides, Analysis Reports, and developing Storyboards; familiarity with the ADDIE process
