Instructional Designer - ELA

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer - ELA.

Key Responsibilities

• Manually author/edit interactive question types using the digital platform
• Develop and implement protocols for instructional/graphic design of curriculum-aligned ELA lesson presentations
• Align ELA content to state and national standards and develop student-centered learning experiences

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of K-12 ELA classroom teaching experience (upper elementary or secondary preferred)
• 3+ years of instructional design experience focused on ELA and digital learning
• Strong understanding of ELA standards such as Common Core or state-specific benchmarks
• Proficient in using Generative AI tools to enhance instructional design and content development workflows
• Experienced with project management platforms such as JIRA and Monday.com
