Instructional Designer Contract

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer - contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze learning needs through collaboration with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and end users
• Design and develop instructional materials including storyboards, course outlines, and multimedia content
• Build and deploy e-learning modules using tools like Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in instructional design or corporate training
• Proficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design models
• Experience designing content for diverse formats including e-learning and instructor-led training
