California Licensed Mortgage Trainer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Training Specialist responsible for developing and implementing training for the Residential Lending Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designs and implements training programs in alignment with departmental needs and corporate direction
  • Supports the development of policies and procedures, converting them into training materials
  • Coordinates training projects, manages schedules, and resolves related issues
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in developing training materials and delivering training
  • Minimum 1 year of project management experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with MS Office
  • Bachelor's degree and familiarity with creating and facilitating development training programs
  • In-depth knowledge of Residential Lending services and experience in a training capacity
