Inside Sales Executive – Remote
Compensation: $23 per hour + Commission + Bonus
Average On-Target Earnings: $75,000

We are seeking motivated sales professionals to join our growing team. This role focuses on selling an advanced AI-driven platform that helps businesses and legal professionals conduct deep-dive research on companies, individuals, and assets. The platform provides critical insights for compliance, due diligence, litigation support, and risk management.

Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound sales outreach, making 50–100 calls per day to engage potential customers
• Identify decision-makers and introduce the value of the platform to their business needs
• Guide prospects through the sales process, from initial contact to product demonstration and closing
• Manage inbound leads, qualify opportunities, and convert them into paying customers
• Track sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to ensure a smooth transition from trial users to full subscribers
Qualifications
• At least one year of experience in B2B sales, outbound prospecting, or business development
• Strong ability to communicate value and close deals over the phone and video calls
• Experience selling software, SaaS, legal technology, or business intelligence solutions is a plus
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline and meet performance targets
Compensation and Benefits
• Base Pay: $23 per hour (approx.$4000/mo. Full Time 40hr)
• On-Target Earnings: $75,000, with top producers earning over $100,000 when including the Commission and Bonus Structure: Additional earnings based on sales performance
