Job Description:

As a Sales Agent at Story Lane Box, you will be responsible for driving sales and establishing long-lasting relationships with clients. You will be instrumental in understanding client needs and providing the right solutions that align with our product offerings. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of customer relationships, and a commitment to achieving targets.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and identify new sales opportunities within the Cincinnati region

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met

• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals

• Provide detailed product information and assist clients in understanding our offerings

• Meet and exceed individual sales targets on a consistent basis

• Collaborate with the team to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients

• Track and report on sales performance and client feedback

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales or a similar role

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude

• Ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Knowledge of the sales process and best practices

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus
