Inside Account Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PubSec Field Inside Account Executive.

Key Responsibilities

• Profile accounts through cold calling and prospecting
• Establish and develop customer relationships via various communication methods
• Manage the IT needs of medium to large businesses while delivering a superior customer experience

Required Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
• A minimum of 2 years of Customer Service and/or Inside Sales experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience managing account portfolios
• Ability to cold call and create new business opportunities
