Job Summary

A company is looking for an Infrastructure Support Engineer II.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of escalation for complex technical issues, providing expert troubleshooting across hardware, software, and network environments
• Analyze trends and system data to identify root causes and recommend improvements to reduce recurring issues
• Manage support tickets with increased autonomy, coordinating resolutions across teams and ensuring timely communication

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT support with increasing technical responsibilities
• Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft technologies
• Experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, particularly AWS Workspaces
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and cloud computing technologies
• Relevant certifications preferred: A+, Network+, MCP, MCSA, MCSE
