Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Performance Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead digital acquisition and retention activities to support customer and business growth
  • Create and optimize digital marketing experiences for customer segments using QuickBooks products
  • Measure and report performance of digital campaigns and analyze customer experience across multiple channels
Required Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience in Marketing, Product Marketing, or Customer Success
  • Experience in consumer segmentation and A/B testing
  • Robust analytical skills for customer insights and ROI analysis
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Experience in creating AI-driven marketing campaigns is a plus
