Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate trauma services and manage patient care
• Ensure compliance with trauma registry requirements and maintain certifications
• Monitor and evaluate trauma program performance and outcomes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associate's Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred
• Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana
• Current CPR certification
• Three years of critical care experience
• Ability to obtain AIS and trauma registry certification within 18 months of hire
