Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transplant Financial Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and communicate cost and quality issues related to the transplant evaluation and listing process
• Resolve conflicts with various stakeholders including physicians, healthcare team members, and insurance representatives
• Build and maintain professional relationships to support process improvements within the transplant team

Qualifications & Experience

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
• Experience in managed care, utilization review, or care coordination preferred
• Working knowledge of state and federal regulations related to the patient population
• Proficient computer skills
• Project management experience preferred
