Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) to provide outpatient services through a telehealth program.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient mental health and substance use disorder treatment via telehealth
• Conduct therapy sessions and assessments for clients
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement treatment plans

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling with at least 6 months of relevant experience
• Valid LSW license in the state of Indiana
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Ability to maintain a private workspace for patient safety and HIPAA compliance
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred, with other languages a plus
