Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse - Hospital at Home Remote - Special Weekend Option.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient-centered care and education
• Perform clinical skills including infusions, line care, and wound care
• Manage chronic disease processes and coordinate care for patients

Required Qualifications

• Associates of Nursing (ASN) required; Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license required
• Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program required
• Basic Life Support certification through the AHA required
• Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required based on unit/department specialty
