Incident Response Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist Analyst - Response to manage and resolve security incidents while ensuring effective communication with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze security alerts and incidents to assess impact and severity
• Respond to incidents by following established procedures and coordinating with teams
• Develop incident response playbooks and lead post-incident reviews with detailed reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC) role
• 5+ years of experience in an Incident Response role
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus
• Advanced understanding of network protocols, security technologies, and compliance frameworks
