Job Summary

A company is looking for an Incident Manager to oversee incident response and improve operational processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead incident response for major and minor incidents, ensuring swift detection and resolution
  • Ensure clear communication with stakeholders throughout the incident lifecycle
  • Drive root cause analysis and optimize incident management processes for efficiency


Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in Incident and Problem Management in a corporate environment
  • Availability to work a shift from 11 pm to 7 am Mountain Time, including weekends and holidays
  • Prior experience in a SaaS environment; AWS experience is preferred
  • Hands-on experience with incident management tools like PagerDuty, Datadog, and Jira
  • Familiarity with Microsoft products and understanding of server environments
