Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations at our Sandy Springs office. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Responsibilities
Manage office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for staff and leadership
Maintain accurate records and filing systems
Monitor and order office supplies and equipment
Serve as the point of contact for vendors and service providers
Support the onboarding process for new employees
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Assist with budgeting and financial reporting tasks
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
