Incident Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Incident Lead (Remote - US).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the response to high-impact incidents, ensuring swift resolution and clear communication
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage incident lifecycle, including prioritization and post-incident reviews
• Develop and maintain incident response plans and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in incident management or crisis response in a SaaS environment
• Proven experience leading high-severity incident management across cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of IT operations and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with incident tracking tools (e.g., ServiceNow, PagerDuty, Jira)
• Strong project management skills with experience managing complex workflows
