• Write and translate business requirements and perform process documentation
• Manage project workstreams and ensure on-time delivery of project goals
• Liaison between cross-functional teams and lead regular update meetings

Required Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with process mapping skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or Computer Science
• Experience with tools like Visio, Lucidchart, and Smartsheet
• PMP certification is preferred
• Experience in the telecommunications industry is highly preferred
