A company is looking for a Multi Service PA 1.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound phone calls to prescribers and members
• Utilize multiple software systems to create Prescription cases and determine coverage
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve client application discrepancies using a computer system

Required Qualifications

• Prior call center experience, preferably with a multi-screen setup
• Availability for remote workspace audits
• High-speed and reliable Internet connection
