Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to support customer onboarding and training on their platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the project manager for clients during the onboarding process to maximize product value
• Lead regular meetings with clients, including kick-off and training sessions
• Assist clients in importing data into the platform and facilitate setup revisions as needed

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable meeting clients via Zoom
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data management
• Experience in the accounting or tax industry is a plus
• Previous onboarding software experience is preferred
