A company is looking for an Implementation Manager - PST.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end migration of customer data between software platforms, ensuring smooth transitions
• Collaborate with engineering and onboarding teams to address data mapping and import issues
• Maintain and improve internal resources while identifying and implementing scalable process improvements

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced Excel skills with experience in formulas, macros, and data preparation
• Experience in a SaaS or tech environment, particularly in implementation or data migration
• Familiarity with technical language and logs; no coding required
• Project management experience with the ability to prioritize tasks and lead data migrations
• A detail-oriented, customer-first mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving
