Job Summary

A company is looking for a Travel Scheduler (Temporary Role).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end travel coordination for mobile phlebotomists and clinicians, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
• Coordinate travel for short-term assignments and long-term deployments across the US
• Create and distribute detailed itineraries and act as the first line of support for travel-related issues

Required Qualifications

• At least one year of experience coordinating complex travel agendas
• High attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve logistical gaps
• Experience working with diverse teams across an organization
