Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Analyst - Retirement Plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Implementation Consultants and Specialists in onboarding new clients
• Act as a liaison between Sales and New Business Implementation teams for new clients
• Manage multiple onboarding assignments and update internal databases timely

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2 years or more of experience in financial operations, customer support, or related fields
• Experience in the financial services industry preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with reliable internet access
