Arizona Licensed Program Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Specialist II to oversee the implementation of assigned programs and lead the development of initiatives to improve service delivery and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new programs, including project and work plans
• Analyze and interpret outcome data and present findings to management
• Direct cross-departmental teams in the implementation of program development and improvement efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Master's degree in a healthcare-related field
• 3+ years of behavioral or physical health experience
• Licensure as RN, LPC, LISAC, LCSW, or LMFT preferred
• Candidate must reside in the state of Arizona
• Masters Degree or higher required for Arizona candidates
