• Build relationships and provide agronomic insights to key growers
• Support seasonal milestones and drive trials related to the Bayer portfolio

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an agriculture-related discipline or business
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant agriculture experience in agronomy, technology, sales, or marketing
• Ability to discuss company practices and strategic thinking capability
• Digital fluency with industry tools and strong analytical skills
• Experience with sales teams and remote team collaboration
